To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse.
