The vinyl decal, the backing paper and the transfer tape. When looking at the picture, the white parts are the backing paper. The only part that is vinyl is the black area. They are very easy to apply, just peel back the decal, place onto desired area, and remove the backing tape! Instructions will be sent with your decal to make sure you get it right :) SHIPPING:All decals ship in a plain envelope via USPS with NO TRACKING and take anywhere from 4-10 business days to arrive in the USA and 7-20 days overseas.
