This book would still make a great collectors’ item because of the condition. It is the 1st Zebra publishing edition. The publishing history indicates the stories have been previously printed by other publishers. This is a 1 owner book from my collection that was never read. Condition Description: In my opinion this book titled A Gent from Bear Creek is in ‘Very Good’ condition (See Pictures). The inside covers have nearly white. The pages are also nearly white. The pages are not brittle (see pictures). The binding shows no bends. What makes this an ‘Very Good’ copy is the cover has marks that indicate that the book may have stuck to something and was lifted off. Otherwise, it’s ‘Like New’.
