A Christmas Adventure - DiC Video (VHS, 1990)

Description: This amazing little animated video was made by the same people who brought us Inspector Gadget, G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, M.A.S.K., Street Sharks, Sailor Moon, and more. It is extremely rare, like maybe another copy will pop up for sale in the next year or so, but probably not. The cover is not in great shape, but the art is not affected. The tape is in acceptable condition and plays like 32 year old tape that's hardly been played. Probably would improve with more viewings. Synopsis:The children of Santa's village brave the dangerous forest to help Santa get ready on Christmas Eve. The dreaded snow monsters live in the forest. Santa decides the forest is too dangerous for the children and sends Joseph the Reindeer Master (the freakin' Reindeer Master!) to gather the reinder together for the Christmas Eve flight. Joseph finds the reindeer, but after braving a fierce winter storm and escaping from attacking snow monsters, he falls down a cliff. When Joseph fails to return with the reindeer, Santa and the children set out to find him. Everyone returns home in time for Santa to depart for his yearly Christmas visit to the children of the world. It has a very Ewok Adventure meets Videocraft feel to it. I have watched this multiple times now and realize it is an amazing piece of Christmas magic, so if you are interested, message me, I am negotiable.
