I have NOT Laundered any of them and many have original tanned fold lines or smudges from being touched or used. I have kept them in the dark, however I havent done anything to them except - They are all freshly pressed. Several have the teeniest of pinholes. Original slubs, pulls or runs are original to the manufacture. When they were made in the 40s-50s they were not made to be collected like we do today! They were mass produced to be fun and USED! It was en Vogue to pin your hanky to your dress as decoration. Most are linen or linen batiste or handkerchief linen which is quite light. Most have plump hand rolled/stitched edges.
