I have averaged a perfect 5 stars in all categories since it began based on ratings from you. You had nothing to do with this change in my rating, it is because ebay has decided a seller must put tracking numbers on 90% of items shipped. Over half of the items I sell goes in a 3x5 envelope with 55 cents postage. To do the tracking number means everything I sell would have to go at the package postage rate (per ebay requirement) which is at least $2.40 more not including the cost and waste of excess packaging. Either I absorb this extra cost or I pass it on to you-for a service I have almost never been asked for-because I ship quickly. Passing it on would mean adding $2.40 to the price on most items I sell resulting in higher prices for you. In addition ebay makes more in fees because final values would increase.
