It is made of Non-Toxic/ BPA Free PVC Tubing. It is flexible like the original, unlike the tubing from your local do-it-yourself store. This is a 1/2" OD tube for ease of use and comes with a 1/2" ID X 5/8" OD adapter/coupler for using a smaller tube on your Dunlop/ Heil Talk Box and a 1/2" ID X 3/4" OD adapter for use with other models of talk box. You just purchased a used Talk Box. You don't want to use the NASTY tube that came with it, Do You? Although this is a New product, as with anything you are going to use in this manner, Wash and sterilize this item before you put it in your mouth.
