Grindley,& Co, England. Not sure exactly what there intended use is, but my guess is bread/butter or dessert. Due to their small size, I wouldn't classify them as salad plates. There is a green stamp on the underside of each plate. It reads: "WH GRINDLEY & CO., ENGLAND" "R7N9(?) 412-411" Two are also stamped with the number 31, three stamped 44 and one appears to be 77. These plates have scalloped edges, embossing and a painted floral design (roses and daisies) in shades of pink and white with greenery. These plates are in good, pre-owned vintage condition, with typical vintage/antique wear.
