From my research, it looks like the Pattern - Blue BRUSSELS Pattern Other Features:- Blue Flowers, No Trim, Scalloped Edge. Made in England. Backmarks: Blue, Brussels N R 303723 Measurements: 10” Condition: as pictured not seen any chips or cracks, but there is crazing noticeable in the white part of the plates. I think some of the prints are a little bit darker than others. Very nice flow blue overall.
