5 Vintage PJ Redoute Botanical Prints Beautiful Gold Plaster Wood Frames 16x13

Description: For sale is a set of 5 framed PJ Redoute botanical prints. These prints are in very good pre-owned condition, but do show some minor age-related issues. The frames are a beautiful plaster on wood painted gold. As a set these framed prints will make a beautiful, classic display in any home. Each print is wired and ready to hang. The main condition issue is some small pale brown spots on some of the prints. While many sellers might just mention these, I have circled them all in the photos so you can see clearly what you are buying. The overall condition of the print paper is, in my opinion, very good. These show the slightest yellowing but it does not detract from the beauty of the prints. This is a natural process over time that is difficult to prevent from happening. The frames are just beautiful and only have a few condition issues which I have also circled in photos. I frame and re-frame a lot of vintage art. I would not touch these frames other than to take a small brush with some metallic gold paint (readily available at an arts and craft store) and do some very minor touch ups. A gold sharpie might also do the trick. With FIVE prints in matching frames and mats, these make a real statement on a wall and could be hung in various patterns. They could be hung in a horizontal line over a bed, buffet or couch, vertical on a feature wall, in a 2-over-3 pattern, or a starburst pattern (1 center with 4 surrounding). However you decide to hang these you will have a beautiful vintage wall of art that will bring a touch of class to any room. They are truly elegant.
