There are surface scratches to the glass throughout but no noted breaks. Some color loss or discoloration to the designs on the glasses. I don't have the stopper piece/lid for the carafe. Will come as shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: Carafe/pitcher is about 9 3/4" tall and the widest points about 5" in diameter.
