In order to file a claim with a dead on arrival fish, you will need to send a message via eBay messages with a clear picture of the fish in the bag that clearly shows the fish deceased and a picture of the fish on the ground. A replacement fish can be arranged for any DOA fish, but you will be responsible for any associated shipping charges. Shipping charges will vary. We are not responsible for any delays or weather that causes late shipments as they are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company. We have no control over this, if any fish is dead due to a delay or late shipment with shipment, we are not responsible and absolutely no refund, store credit or exchange will be given. You must be there to receive your live fish during delivery and immediately acclimate them.An exchange or store credit may only be given to the DOA fish.
