Description: Custom made in the USA! 40L (give or take) frameless ultralight backpack, 11.5 oz before Seam taping, fully water proof hiking backpack. fully custom made out of challenge ultra 200x, venom UL stretch mesh, 210d gridstop. This pack is fully waterproof and is a roll top style bag, fully seam sealed with a Velcro closure at the top of the bag. The main body of the pack is about 40L, it features pretty massive side pockets that hold a smart waterbottle exceptionally well. The pockets also lock in a trekking pole. There is an increased slant on the pocket making it easily accessible. (It is stuffed with my two quilts to loft it up!) Been using an older version of this pack for the better part of a year and would recommend keeping it under 20 pounds. (I was comfortable hiking with about 17-18 pounds in the winter). I’m 5’10 and the bag fits me very well. I will note though, stitch elongation happens regardless of the pack, material, etc. if there’s weight in the bag the stitches will elongate allowing some water to come through.
