Description: 4 German New Year Antique Postcards. 1904-05. UNDIV Backs. Scenes, Birds. NICE This is a very nice group of 4 NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from 1904 - 1905. They have the classic New Year motifs such as: RURAL SCENES, FLOWERS, BIRDS, etc. All of these appear to be from the same publisher, and could be from the same set. The wording and the message with Bible references seem very similar. They are attractive postcards with good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are very HISTORICAL, and possibly rare. They come from the 1904 era and have UNDIVIDED BACKS. These postcards were "Printed in Germany" and the messages are in German. Overall, a nice selection of New Year antique postcards! These are truly collector items because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and appeal to antique postcard and New Year collectors. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and are good for a collector or dealer. They will keep their value. Often these postcards are sold as individual items for many dollars each. They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some creases, stains and edge wear due to their age. The bird postcard has a corner cut, top right.
