WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. They measure 7 5/8ths inches wide by 3/4s of an inch high. PIER 1 crests on the bottoms. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. I find very few light surface scuffs commensurate with infrequent use, cleaning ans storage.
