Description: Vintage used authentic OBX crab pot or fishing net buoys or float string. Made from Styrofoam. We collect these year round from the small islands and marshes of the Outer Banks of NC. They typically wash up after the large storms. We dry them so there is no stink or unwanted surprises. All are authentic. This listing contains 4 floats. This string measures 21” long from the top of the loop to the lower edge of the bottom float. Marked with a name. Not sure if the name is the float manufacturer or the fisherman. They are always in good used condition as pictured. These floats look great hanging on a fence, porch, man cave, tiki bar or any other room with a nautical theme. All of our buoys are used and as found. They can have crackling paint, cracks, holes, chips, repairs and damage from overall use. We sometimes put more than one float together on an old float.
