Description: This is an exceptionally nice set of four (4) Original Sprague .022mfd 400v PIO Bumble Bee Capacitors! Values measure .028-.030 according to my Sencore LC75. It’s rare to find PIO Bumble bees that have drifted this little in value! All capacitors also have nice long original length leads. These will work in a guitar tone-circuit, but due to having DC leakage will NOT work at their rated voltage (as used in a tube amp circuit). Sold As Is due to their vintage. Note: for those measuring caps with a DMM, my Fluke DMM shows these as measuring a bit higher around .048 / .053 / .069 / .059 but I have displayed the LC75 results in this listing since it’s a calibrated purpose-built device for analyzing capacitors to a high level of accuracy.
