3rd Party Preschool Devastator Constructicon KO Set of 6 LOOSE COMBINE Weapons

Description: It's like an unofficial Rescue Bots Mister Hard Hat! Except while Mr. Hard Hat drew inspiration from the Constructicons while coming up with different transformation and combination schemes in brighter colors, this even louder set is surprisingly faithful to the way the G1 Constructicons transform and combine! Each individual bot is roughly deluxe-sized, with the gestalt topping out at just over 11 inches. Arms are pretty well articulated, including a thumb ball joint, and a single joint allowing the other fingers to open and close. Limited leg articulation, but that includes an ankle tilt in the cement truck, allowing it to stand pretty stable. While the aesthetics and chunkiness scream "preschool", and these are surprisingly solid compared to most knock-offs I've listed, the transformation and combination are complex enough that I wouldn't give it to a child under 5. Each bot has their personal weapon. The dump truck's shield doubles as a jaws-of-life if pegged into the end of his left fist, though I didn't get a pic of that. The green sword assigned to the green wheel-loader (who, despite being the one team member in proper Constructicon colors, looks as much like Waspinator as Scrapper) is kind of iffy. It already had stress marks around the peg hole before it shipped to me, and I could barely get it to go in. There are also a few stress marks around the clip holding the yellow bulldozer's pelvis onto his upper body; while this causes him to pop apart regularly during transformation, he pops back together just as easily, but I'd still advise care when handling him. The black rectangle appears to be an I-beam with a series of holes in it. The site I bought this from included it, but I'm not sure it was intended to go with this set. It makes sense for construction vehicles, but I don't see exactly how the bots would interact with it. The gestalt could technically hold it. I intend to package them combined for stability, and because their combination is tough to discern without pics, especially for the leg guys.
