AS such the hot zone is only 18 inches where it would be 24 if it had the 4th set. It looks like it has been operated as a single zone unit but could be a 3-zone (4-zone with another set of elements). The are no thermocouples visible. This is an absolute no-no unless attended every moment plugged in--not recommend even then. Overall dimensions of the cylinder are about 11.5 by 25 inches. Raw weight 65.
