Nondenominated stamps are stamps that don't have an actual printed value on them. This set includes stamps assigned to the American Culture issue. All of the coils are service inscribed precancels for various bulk rates. The values of the stamps are Library Lion 10-cents, Atlas Statue 10-cents and Woody Wagon 15-cents. The stamps in our sets are bright, fresh and often directly off of the clean rolls. Self-adhesives will always have straight ends with sharp right-angle precise cut at 90° backing paper as shown.
