Its CIB in it's carrying case and original packaging is all included as well. The unit was upgraded by me (I run an electroinics repair and upgrading workshop) and works flawlessly. The extra RAM allows for heavily modded games, simulator type games, and modern triple A games to run incredibly smooth. The extra memory also makes for a very capable portable desktop repalcement setup. The APU has fresh PTM applied so the fan runs quite, and the CPU cool. It's best to avoid updating the BIOS so as to not overwrite the custom BIOS that's required for the full 32GBs of RAM to be recognzied. If you do decide to update the BIOS then the unit will default back to 16GBs. You can always ship the unit back to me to reflash the BIOS though, or I can teach you how to do it (it's very simple). Everything else such as AMD graphics drivers and Windows can be updated just fine.
