Description: Description: These are some of my favorite beads! It's hard to find vintage two hole beads, and especially beads this cool. These are nicely detailed, showing flowers and leaves. The edges of the beads are hand-ground. Size: 1 1/16” long x 13/16" wide x 5/16" thick (27mm x 21mm x 9 mm); the holes are 7/16" apart (12mm) (they vary very slightly from bead to bead) Material: Glass Country of origin: Japan, most likely from the late forties or early fifties Quantity: 3 beads in each set Hole size: averages 1.25mm Color: Opaque soft periwinkle/denim blue About vintage items: Many of the vintage items were originally stored in bags in warehouses.
