Description: This is for 3 original extremely rare 8 x 10 photos of professional women wrestlers from the 1950’s. I have 5 different lots available. This lot includes Evelyn Wall, Carol Cook, and Ann Miller. All three women paved the way for the wrestlers of today. Evelyn Wall would wrestle in Central States Wrestling in 1948, but other than that, not much is known of her. Carol Cook’s career of 585 known matches would span from 1950 to 1960. Her ring record was actually fairly good as Carols good looks and mannerisms made her a fan favorite. Ann Miller would spend her career wrestling women champions such as Mae Young, along with promoter Billy Wolfes ex-wife Nell Stewart and daughter in law June Beyers. This extremely rare photo of Ann is probably the only known photo of the lady wrestler. Ann would have a career record of 46 wins, 1 draw and 90 losses according to wrestling data.
