Signature Confirmation will be required for this item. For your bidding approval I present for auction this 3 star rare HAMILTON hunter case pocket watch manufactured in 1904. The 16 size case features an attractive art deco design with an uninscribed cartouche on both lids. The Illinois "Elgin Pride" gold filled case is in very nice condition notwithstanding the presence of the typical fine surface scratches and a very slight crease. The crystal is issue free although the dial, while presentable, has hairlines. The 17 jewel signed Hamilton movement is adjusted to 5 positions including temperature and features gold jewel settings. Irrespective of spotting, this rare model 4 movement with a total production of 410 pieces currently winds, sets and keeps good time although one hundred percent accuracy is not guaranteed, nor should it be expected. If optimal timekeeping is required a cleaning and adjustment is recommended. Please review all the pictures as they represent far more accurately the items condition than any verbal description that I can provide.
