Vintage Beaded and Embroidered Sari or Dupatta Material is used and sometimes includes the magnificent 3-D embroidery called zardosi or zardozi (zari for short). Each ACEO is completely finished and suitable for an album or display or framing. My sister, Mimi, (eBay store = Mimi Collects It) compiled these beautiful little textile works of art after looking at hundreds of different garment trims. Not all trim is suitable in size or composition for ACEO art so she puts many hours of work into the selection of the material.
