Description: This is a group of three mortgage documents from the 1890s. They all pertain to the house of the Pederson family, Edward and Karoline, in Kittson County, Minnesota. There are two mortgage deeds from 1894 and 1897, and a satisfaction of mortgage bill from 1898. This document is stamped with a US ten cent documentary stamp. Very interesting pieces of banking and housing history in the United States! All are in good condition given their age. The Notary Public stamps and the writing are quite clear and legible. Please refer to photos for more information on the condition. One document was originally prepared for use in North Dakota, and was later repurposed for use in Minnesota. The dark items are paperweights and are NOT included in this listing, they are only to hold down the documents. ^T^
