Using this lube will help season the bore which allows for easier clean up and minimizes fouling. This leads to more accuracy. The lube comes in a handy tin can with a screw top. There are many ways to use the lube: - Rub patches or wads on the lube before using them. - Ball a small amount in hand until softened and use to seal each cylinder in a cap and ball revolver. It will not be as messy and runny like bore butter after the first shot. - Rub onto the side of a lead bullet before it’s rammed home in a muzzleloader. - It can also be used for pan lubing cast bullets.
