It's a VERY heavy weight wool velour ~ looped fabric. So wonderful! The colors are : Blue with a hint of green, orange, cream, black and off-white!~ Ideal for many heavy weight projects! MEASUREMENTS: This lovely fabric measures approximately : 26 inches by 21 inches CONDITION: this lovely panel is in as found, ,not freshly laundered condition ~It should be dry cleaned.
