Description: 2/615 by RIDGWAY c1830 Cauldon Place Teapot Stand Trivet Floral Blue Ground MAKER: Ridgway, Cauldon Place - circa 1830 or so. Pieces are unmarked with the exception of the pattern number "2/615" in overglaze red numerals. This pattern is viewable in the Ridgway Pattern Book. MATERIAL: Hand Painted Porcelain PATTERN: 2/615 - "Pale blue border with white reserves filled with multicoloured hand-painted flower groups. Gilt edging to border with c-scrolls, bows, and flower heads. Half-solid gilt handles. Gilt foot line." (Ridgway Pattern Book - just search for it, ebay won't allow me to link). PIECE NAME: Teapot Stand DIMENSIONS: 7 5/8" by 6 1/8" WEIGHT: 11.9oz CONDITION: Fine line crazing and bit of light wear to the gilding in the center.
