Description: A couple have been used. My favorite is the swimming pool scene and on the back, “This is Texas”. Several have copyright dates of 1937. This is from an estate auction of a multigenerational military family that served in the Navy, Marines and Army, from the 1920’s until recently. There was a 1924 Naval Academy graduate and a West Point graduate. The West Point graduate started at the Merchant Marine Academy and resigned when he was accepted to West Point. He eventually took a commission in the USMC. There was someone that worked for Bell Helicopter International over in Iran prior to the over throw. The family was members of the Mayflower Society, meaning that they can trace the family line back to the Mayflower. I have been able to piece this together with the lots that I won from two separate auctions for this family. There was a shelf in the garage that had all of the manuals and box’s of papers and other items. Please visit my store for other great items from this family and other items. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases, but please ask for an invoice before you start paying for individual items. Thank you.
