All rights reserved. 2016 Pebble Beach Concours Tour d'Elegance program featuring noted British motorsport artist Tim Layzell's depiction of two Pegasos driving along the Pebble Beach coast on 17-Mile Drive. Created to help revive Spain in the years following World War II, Pegaso focused primarily on delivering commercial vehicles. But the world took notice when it showcased its car-making abilities in the Pegaso Z-102, a daring Gran Turismo that debuted at the 1951 Paris Auto Salon. Here two of these gems, a quick 1952 ENASA-bodied Lightweight Coupe prepped for international competition and by a lovely 1953 Touring-bodied Coupe, dart along 17-Mile Drive, tracing the edge of the Pacific. Both cars are currently in the keeping of Nicholas and Shelley Schorsch. The program cover is a miniature version of the tour poster art, and would look great framed. Inside the trifold program is a list of the substantial roster of entrants, and on the back, the Rolex Tour logo. Program measures 4" x 9" (10 x 23cm), and folds out to 12" x 9" (31 x 23cm).
