This is a plug and play unit where you just hook 1 Phase/115V power to this unit and it is ready to go. You do not need a floor drain for this unit as it has it's own self-contained condensate pump and condensate evaporating system. For refrigeration this system is currently using the new environmentally friendly R448/R449 gas.Electric is 1 Phase/115V/12.1 Amps. Comes with cord and plug attached. Exterior color is Jet Black, trim is Jet Black, and the doors are Black. Interior is White with GE Elite Generation 7 vertical LEDs.
