The space under the rear seat is very restrictive and doesn't allow for much in the way of subs to be installed under it. But we managed to design a box to fit under the seat and squeeze a pair of shallow 10s in it. We worked long and hard on this design to make it just perfect. When it comes to adding subs in this truck, it's all about sacrifices. Our dual box does require you to remove the plastic shield and support bar under the seat. But don't worry because the box is the perfect height and the front of the seat rests firmly on the box and locks into place like normal. Because of this, the box is actually held in place nicely by the seat. So if you want the biggest boom possible in your new truck, this is definitely the box for you. Please note that not every shallow sub is going to fit in this box. We will try to list some of the ones that will work. Remember, we are pushing the envelope here and the space is extremely tight. The subs we have used are the Rockford R2 and P3 shallow and they work very well. We will not take returns on this box if 'your' sub doesn't fit. This is a specialty application.
