The upholstery on this rear seat backrest is Black Merino Leather (BMW Upholstery Code: LKSW), and is in good condition. The most noticeable damage would be light surface scratches and wrinkles on the right side backrest. There is also a larger crease on the right side headrest. There are a few other light scratches on the center portion. Otherwise, there are no holes, rips, or tears in the leather and is still soft and smooth to the touch. All of the mounting points are intact. The rear side bolsters ARE NOT included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
