If you are looking for psa 10 quality cards please purchase psa 10. These are raw cards that will grade all ranges. Most cards are mint and if I see a card is significantly damaged I will not post it for sale. I try to only post cards that are near mint or better. That being said yes some cards will grade lower then near mint because I can not examine every card I post
