It was placed on tables in the league conference rooms and day rooms inside the Roosevelt Hotel in New York. The Roosevelt was the official hotel for the 2008 MLB All Star Weekend. The guide is in near deadstock / near brand new condition. It has not been opened and the binding is still new and tight. There are a couple of very light surface scratches on the glossy cover.
