I had this radio in use for 6 months before my car was totaled. Everything included and in excellent condition. The cable going to the emergency flasher switch was redone by me to add the correct resistance as it did not work well from the factory. While I don't have all of the fancy pictures, this radio is the same as many sold online from China on eBay. Has a verified 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, not fake. It has "Android 12" but, like ALL of these radios, is really running Android 10. I used it with Verizon and the cellular worked great (LTE only) as well. This radio does not have the fiber optic output. If you have a factory MMI, you will need to get another model. It requires an AUX connection under the CD/SD menu. If you do not have one, that is no problem but you will need to enable the AUX port using VCDS or have the dealer enable it for you. I put a non-glare screen protector on the unit. It does not really help with glare at all, but it does keep the screen free of fingerprints. It's easy to remove if you take out 4 screws and pull off the metal frame around the display. I can also remove it for you if you would like it removed before shipping.
