Description: 1499 2006 Pujols etopps cards were created. Originally you paid Topps directly for each card and after purchasing they remained in Topps storage. While in storage you could still trade them and sell them on ebay. If you wanted them "in-hand" you needed to pay Topps to ship them to you.
