Crafted in the Jackson Custom Shop at the Ontario, California factory, this exceedingly rare iteration of the Rhoads V features a streamlined design with a single EMG 81 humbucker, Floyd Rose tremolo, and gloss Black finish with white pinstriping. Boasting neck-through construction, this Rhoads is ostensibly a one-off, custom-ordered instrument, offering great natural sustain and resonance. A high gain favorite, the EMG 81 bridge position humbucker utilizes ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, designed for optimal note detail, enhanced high end cut, and fluid sustain, engineered so that lead work will slice through even the densest mix with an aggressive snarl. This Rhoads is also outfitted with a two-way Afterburner-style Boost control, for extra oomph at the flip of a switch.
