Description: On November 18-19, 2004, the Roberto Clemente Walker All-Star Celebrity weekend took place at the Wyndham El Conquistador Resort, Spa and Golf Course in Puerto Rico. The event included a Celebrity Gala with over 25 Celebrities including Joe Morgan, Carlos Delgado, Joe nathan, Tony Perez, Juan Marichal, Orlando Cepeda, Manny Sanguillen, Orlando Merced, Bill Virdon, Rod Gilbert (NY Rangers) , George Martin (NY Giants), Doc Ellis, John Candelaria, Darrin Jordan (SF 49ers), Kevin Dobson (From Kojak and Dallas), Jose Lima, Mrs. Vera Clemente, Roberto Clemente Jr., Luis Clemente and comedians Joey Vega and Eddie Brill. A golf tournament was held on Sunday with an award Ceremony held in the afternoon. You are buying an original ticket to the Celebrity Gala and that was made for this event. There were very few of these made and the only way to get one was to be a participant in the weekend. The Gala ticket features the event logo of Roberto as well as artwork from Dick Perez featuring Joe Morgan and Roberto Clemente coaching a bunch of kids. What a great collectible for the Clemente fan that has everything!! You are not going to find these in any stores as they were never sold anywhere!!
