First off, there is a small chip in the back of her hair and she has 2 lighter marks underneath her elbow (see photos), but overall this figurine is in very nice condition with no other chips, cracks or damage. The "Management" copper colored leaf has been glue back in place. This figurine is gorgeous! The poem on her backside is lovely: "Once I was told I need to Manage better...Well I have Managed to raise healthy kids who say please and thank you and attend school every day in clean clothes.
