Description: You are buying 200+ sarracenia seeds + Maxsea plant food. These seeds were collected from my personal collection of North American sarracenia pitcher plants. I have every species of sarracenia along with many hybrids. These seeds are from blooms that were naturally pollinated by our winged pollinators. The seeds are considered random crosses and will produce a wide variety of pitcher plants. Each seed is genetically unique. The seeds have been wet/cold stratified and are ready to be sown directly to peat. If you are wanting to grow a good variety of sarracenia plants, this is a great way to do it! You will need a grow tray with a covering. The seeds will need warmth & humidity to germinate, only use rain or distilled water. You will also need organic peat moss. Once the seeds have germinated, they will require a lot of light. A grow light is extremely helpful. The Maxsea plant food that is provided is extremely helpful in maturing your plants quickly. It should be noted, growing sarracenia from seed is a slow process! If the conditions are right, you can get a mature plant in 2-3 years…it just takes patience & time!
