2 Vtg Goebel Hummel Holy Water Font Lot Good Shepherd Child 1949 Angel w/ Candle

Description: Lot of 2 Vintage Goebel Hummel Holy Water Fonts This vintage lot of 5" tall fonts includes: A font with a sweet angel holding candle with a flame that is being blown by the wind. The back is impressed "1949 207 M.J. Hummel" and stamped "c. by W. Goebel Western Germany", along with the V bee mark. It has a matte finish. A holy water font with a little child shepherd with two sheep / lambs. This is a version of the font made with 2 hanging holes on the back so it could be hung on 2 nails to keep it steady. It has a glazed finish. The back is impressed "M.J. Hummel" with a hard to read number which I think is "35/0". It has the Goebel V bee mark with "W. Germany" (TMK 3, used from 1960 until 1972). Note that a previous owner put some plaster in the top hole (see close-up), most likely because they used only one nail with no head and wanted to keep it steady. I was going to scrape out the plaster, but decided to leave that to the discretion of the new owner. They are in good preowned vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
