Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. Lights have some dings. No major dents, chips, cracks, or breaks that I can see. One of the sockets inside the shade wobbles. Lights will probably need to be re-wired before they can be used. I could not get the shades off of the mounting arms, so they will be shipped intact.
