The landlords started out as Julius Ardes and switched over to the Weiland Packing Company in 1924. The property was for 539 W. Bridge Street in Phoenixville. The street address is listing several times in the book, but the town name is never written, but these came from an estate sale with a host of other Phoenixville and Spring City items. Also, the landlords were from Phoenixville. Julius Ardes lived at 637 W. Bridge Street. The Weiland Packing Company was located in Phoenixville as well. The books measure 6 5/8" by 4". PA residents add 6% sales tax. Buyer agrees to pay the calculated amount of shipping. We reserve the right to ship FedEx instead of Parcel Post.
