IMPORTANT NOTE: Refilling SAMSUNG MLT-D111S cartridges requires that you pierce a hole into the cartridge. The use of an electric drill can cause plastic shavings to enter the toner compartment which may seriously damage the cartridge. We strongly recommend the use of our HOLE-IN-ONE laser cartridge holemaking tool as this tool does not create plastic shavings. NOTE: SAMSUNG MLT-D111S cartridges are built with "smart chips" which allow the printer software to display an accurate toner level. Replacing this chip is not mandatory for the refilled cartridge to work. The printer will still function normally, although the printer software will state that the cartridge is empty and the toner low light will remain on. Since the chip is integrated into the plastic body of the cartridge, this is the option we recommend.
