Description: Here is a wonderfully interesting title. This is Renaissance In The South A Critical History Of The Literature, 1920-1960 by John M. Bradbury, professor of Humanities at Union College New York. This is a first edition stated second printing as shown on the copyright page published by The University of North Carolina Press in 1963. The book itself is in like new condition which is amazing for a copy this old. The binding is square and tight and immaculate throughout. The blue cloth binding is extremely clean with only a stray spot or two and the gold gilt lettering on the cloth spine is near pristine in condition as shown. The spine ends and all four corners are in excellent condition also as shown in the photos provided. The dust jacket has been price clipped which is unusual for a University Press publication as they usually do not have a price on the jacket. But looking at the advertisements on the rear panel two other UNCP titles have prices listed. The jacket has some wear which is all documented in the remaining images posted. A truly wonder title and copy for anyone interested in the American Lit of the south. Please see all pics and ask any questions you may have and as always I never list ex library or book club editions so buy with confidence. And please check out my 100% positive seller feedback!!! Thanks for looking.
