Description: Here is a beautiful copy of Dreamland by native New Yorker Kevin Baker. This is a first edition first printing as shown on the copyright page published by HarperCollins in 1999. This is a historical novel centered around the world famous Coney Island amusement park and is a period piece. And as a native New Yorker myself, I was instantly drawn to this book. This copy is truly nice. The binding is square and tight and immaculate throughout. And the illustrated endpapers are so very interesting themselves. The tan boards are spotless though there is a “bumped” corner to the lower right of the front board. The tan cloth spine and silver gilt lettering is bright and beautiful as shown. And as shown there is a very slight tear to the bottom spine end. This copy also has a black remainder line to the bottom page block with some light soiling as the posted images depict. The dust is complete and has the original price present on the front flap. This jacket has little to no wear whatsoever and this copy will make a wonderful addition to any collection or library. Please see all pics and ask any questions you may have and as always I never list ex library or book club editions so buy with confidence. And please check out my 100% positive seller feedback!!! Thanks for looking.
