This was meant to simulate the hand woven tapestries of these days. This painted textile is aged , and would add a level of aged, warmth to an décor the patina is perfect!!~ This is painted on a linen and cotton blend canvas, densely woven. The colors are rich and warm in tone. The scene is so interesting ! This textile would make a fabulous hanging for any interior ~ MEASUREMENTS : This textile measures approx. 92 inches long by 73 inches wide ~ CONDITION : This textile has signs of time and use!~ This textile is not right for anyone that requires a perfect condition textile, but its perfect for anyone looking for a textile with signs of time and use which add charm and character to a room! ~You can click on the zoom feature of the photographs to view the condition closely! ~ The side edges have damage in places, the wooden piece at the top meant to hang from, is broken so can be removed and a dowl put in its place ( I like to leave everything I find in as found condition and leave it up to the new owner make these decisions! ~*~ There are foxing marks in places also , also on the backing there is foxing.
