Description: This is a rare find, right and left pair of used Halogen headlight assemblies for the 1997 1998 Mark VIII models. This is plug and play for the power. No splicing wires, just disconnect the ballasts and plug these into where the ballasts were plugged in at. These were only available for a limited amount of time. Because the high cost of new HID bulbs (heard they were close to 500.00 each) Lincoln came out with a replacement assembly that used regular Halogen headlight bulbs that you can buy at any auto parts. These do not include the trim piece and i do not know if the bulbs work. No more trying to find those expensive used bulbsthat are over 20 years old. These have not been available for about 20 years. If you need these you really should just buy them now. I just spend about 20 minutes cleaning them up so i can see the condition of the chrome inside. Chrome is in good condition and lens does not have any deep scratches in them. They just need more polishing to make them look much clearer.
